The ABC OF NUESA EXPERIMENT
1.     ACADEMICS- Our primary assignment in school
PROBLEM:  ERRORS IN RESULTS AND GRADING
CAUSES: Avoidable errors in result compilation, mistakes, erroneous grading among others.
OBSERVATION: It is not uncommon for many to dream of graduating with first class yet only very few eventually do. ⊂  Many of us fall by the road side not for lack of commitment but for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control⊃

WAY FORWARD: The timely intervention of NUESA Executive through constructive persuasion and questioning, Student-Lecturer interactive Forums among others.
METHOD:
        I.            Beginning with Engineering courses.
      II.            Lecturers should be encouraged to paste course results and give grace of score correction before  sending to departments
INFERENCE: Moment’s VISION
CONCLUSION: MOMENT FOR PRESIDENT confirmed

2.     BUS (NUESA BUS)
Hint: After lavishly and wastefully spending 24% of our last year parents sweat (NUESA DUES) amounting to almost N 300,000.00 on our bus, though driven as a private bus, it is still an OFF-ROAD bus.
NUSA Bus, our only true belonging and property, our identity, a symbol of our unity and strength is still nowhere to be found
With NUESA BUS working which is our target, we have courage and confidence to go out walk tall and market our association and open up our talents, it can also serve as a source of income and fund for the association and reducing the burden of over-taxing the NUESAITES.

3.     CONSTITUTION
QUESTION: Do you have one? Do you even have access to one? AM SURE, NO.
EXPOSḖ: This constitution that binds all of us together is in archaic state, it was last reviewed 10 years ago lacking in civilization and progressive standardization.
 MY PROPOSAL: On assumption of office the detailed review, upgrade and proliferation of the constitution.
Making a pocket copy available to all NUESAITES thereby allowing them access to constructive suggestion, criticism and participation as it ought to be.

I might not have promised a Skye bridge on river Niger, might not have promised a castle in the air, I believe in zeal and determination and the grace of the almighty as well as your support, though much I have to do, I believe in actions than words an am sure we are tired of empty promises, ALL I NEED IS YOUR VOTE WITH YOUR I.D. CARD on WEDNESDAY, 29TH, JUNE.

Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA) GATE. A dream come true. .. WINNING 11.. FUTA CLASS OF 2011 - Toyosi Craig

Old FUTA gate Earlier in February, 2004. I attended an AONIAN games (high school olympics) in Owo. my school principal, Mr. F.O. Ogun had to drive us (Ebunoluwa Oluwaferanmi Lanre Shonoiki Bakenne Sulaiman Abiodun and Omotoyosi Craig II) down to meet other students who left earlier, we were going to represent our city (Abeokuta) in the academic part of the games. When we got to Akure, my principal showed us FUTA, and asked who would like to attend the university, (we were about writing Matric. then)..none of us said Yes.. and to break the silence, I said, who would attend a school that the gate looked worse than that of our high school..?   However, a year and a half later I was a student of that school, FUTA.. .. I was laughing at myself and said only one thing on entering the gate of the school.. Philip Hayab Philip Hayab is a purposeful, creative Nigerian, who welcomes innovative ideas especially when they presented constructively.
